It’s been said that Happiness lies in the joy of achievement, and the thrill of creative effort. I think that is true.

It’s also true that in order for the human spirit to be happy, the inherit need to accomplish, achieve and triumph must be fulfilled.

But it doesn’t come easy. Rather, it takes completing a difficult task and giving it your best – to achieve the satisfaction that gives you that afterglow of happy fulfillment.

Happiness can not be pursued, it is earned. It grows and thrives with every step towards self improvement that we make

The Seeds of Happiness

Fortunately, the seed of happiness is buried in personal growth. Beneath the surface of personal growth, the seed of happiness sprouts and grows a little more with each effort – until one day it breaks through and radiates into every part of our life. Once that happens, happiness flows like a running river, that continues to flow as long as we take daily action towards growth.
